Action required of the meeting The meeting is asked to note: That Phase 2 of the Financing Agreement between CARICOM/PANCAP and Federal Republic of Germany became effective 1 Jan 09 and that Options Consultancy Services has been retained as the executing agency. The project has been expanded and re-designated “The HIV and AIDS Prevention and Reproductive Health Promotion in the Caribbean.” The progress of implementation in Phase 2
