Student Activity Code of Conduct This describes what allows students to be eligible for: 1.Playing Sports 2.Participating in the Band 3.Attending Field Trips 4.Joining/Maintaining Membership in Clubs

PBIS on School Activity & Code of Conduct Ready Understand what it means to be eligible to play. Respectful Inform Coaches and Sponsors if you are temporarily ineligible to play/participate. Responsible Pass your courses so you can play sports or participate in activities. Maintain good behavior to avoid ISS or OSS placement

School Policy on Activities 1.Academic Requirements - Must pass 2.5 classes the previous semester 2.Attendance - Must attend school the day of the event to participate. 3.Discipline -OSS – restricted from practice and/or play -ISS – restricted from play
