Polices Related to Student Behavior

Code of Student Responsibility - University Policy Applies to every student who has accepted admission - Governs student behavioral conduct inside and outside of classroom - Can be applied to off campus behavior - Overseen by Office of Student Conduct - Behaviors reported via online submission: * incidentreport.uncc.edu * by University Police, faculty, staff, other students - Attorney/Non-Attorney Advocate rights - Records protected by FERPA University Policies

Code of Student Responsibility - If a student has displayed behavior you suspect is a violation: * contact our office to discuss; and/or * submit online incident report incidentreport.uncc.edu - If the behavior is an immediate threat, call Campus Police at A staff member from the Dean of Students Office may contact you for additional information about the incident - Based upon information gathered, we will determine if a violation occurred and how to proceed - Educational conversation vs. conduct
