How to use it?  Click on the particular letter you want to learn (e.g. “A”)

How to use it? After the animation, you may  Click on “A” to play the sound [a]  Click on the arrow to play the sound [a] and go to next page  Click on “a” to play the sound [a]

 Click on “a” to play the sound [a] again and get an example “apple” How to use it?  Click on the “a” to play the sound [a] once again  Click on the arrow to go to next page

 Click on the “a” out of the word “alligator to play the sound [a] again along with the entire word!” How to use it?  Click on the arrow to play the sound [a] again and go to next page

 Use the mouse to drag the right letter (either upper or lower case ) to the basket with the corresponding letter.  Click on the arrow to go all the way back to the index to move on to the letter “B”.

Advantage a) It is convenient for both parents and children.  When children want to study in English, they can just click the mouse, and then the voices from the computer will come out. For parents, it is make them more convenient, the children can learn without pressure as well.

Advantage b) Colorful pictures may make children have more motivation to learn.  Most children like beautiful pictures. In this web, there have many colorful pictures for children to learn. Besides, it saves time and money for parents.

Advantage c) Giving many examples to connect with prefixed- alphabet  Let children be familiar with the vocabulary which begins with 26 alphabets, as well as have children discriminate between shape and sound.

Disadvantage a)We should cultivate reading as a Habit in Children.  Children click the mouse and the keyboard instead of turning pages of the real books. As times passes, they will not read the books anymore.

Disadvantage b)Traditional children books are much easier to carry.  Imagine you are going to picnic this afternoon, and you have to bring a heavy laptop with you, how disappointing it is!

Disadvantage c)The structure of the website is too complicated for children.  Maybe it is OK when teacher uses the website to teach the children, but if they want to learn it by themselves, it need more simpler.

Disadvantage d)The website should plus the four-line form for kids as standard while they teaching the alphabets.  Then children will have the brief recognize that how to put the alphabets.

Learning outcome  Discriminate between the capital & upper case.  Recognize difference of 26 alphabet shape and sound  Recognize the order of 26 alphabet  Learn the vocabulary which begins with 26 alphabet
