Objective Helping Children to understand………………. The concept of Multiplication. Multiplication as a repeated addition Teaching table through multiplication Understanding the difficulties level in multiplication. This idea of teaching multiplication was experimented in Fateh sara Govt secondary school,Jhunjhunu,Rajasthan.(A Kaivalya education foundation intervention school)

Understanding of How to make a group s and why its required for Multiplication Group – 1 Group -2 Group -3 Children will come to know that, multiplication starts from this activity The child could be given exp Of counting three objects at a time. Next step would be giving higher order of objects in a group at a time. This exercise will help children to understand the link with the next activity.

Through this exercise Children will come to know that Multiplication is actually a repeated addition. (Two times three means three things two times and it makes six. and so on).But not always, For the starter only. The child should be given enough experience to understand the concept Three thing comes two times
