Statistics  55 IA reports published from August 2013 to February  20 of these have been identified as being especially interesting from an administrative burden point of view. Economic Environ- mental Social

IA reports with AB relevance / needs (I)  Proposal for a regulation on the application of Articles 107 and 108 TFEU to the de minimis aid in the agricultural sector;  Rules for the indication of the country of origin or place of provenance for fresh, chilled and frozen meat of swine, sheep, goats and poultry;  Greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community in view of the 2020 implementation of an international agreement applying a global market-based measure to international aviation emission;  COM regulation on application of Art. 107 and 108 TFEU to the de minimis aid;  Network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems;  Ecodesign requirements for standby, off mode electric power consumption of electrical and electronic household and office equipment;  Regulation on the prevention and management of the introduction of spread of invasive alien species;  Mutual assistance and cooperation on the application of the law on customs and agricultural matters;  Aid scheme for the suplly of fruit, vegetables, bananas and milk in the educational establishments;

Challenges and issues August 2013 – February 2014  Need to cover all relevant costs for all actors, as well as the benefits (which would also allow for a more detailed presentation of how positive impacts for beneficiaries and costs for public authorities interact);  Indicate problems faced when requesting data from Member States on burdens for businesses;  Need to be fully transparent on, and better explain, the underlying assumptions when applying the SCM / conducting quantifications to ensure the robustness and usefulness of the results.
