IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS CISR RESPONSIBILITIES –Supply CISR instructional aids to faculty. –Supply course administrative materials to faculty. –Supply printed course outlines, exhibits and forms to each participant. –Supply name badges, formalized participant list and certificate of participation for each participant. –Supply and administer exam. –Grade exams and notify participants of his/her results. –Create participant records for each person attending. –Provide all participants who pass the examination with the prescribed CISR documents. –Provide certification for continuing education credit for state licensing. –Pay for faculty and honoraria, lodging meals and travel.
