Habitat’s Mission  To mobilize volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting homeownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty

The University of Guelph campus chapter was founded in 1996 with about 20 members. Today it is the largest, oldest and most active campus chapter in Canada.
