The Bible The Psalmist loved God’s Word. Psm. 119: Foundational to that is the belief: ▫God is. Gen. 1:1 ▫God created the universe. Psm. 19:1 ▫God created man. Gen. 1:26 We can learn of God’s existence through His creation. Rom. 1:19-20 We learn about God through revelation.

God Is eternal. Psm. 90:1-2 Is omniscient: All-knowing (Heb. 4:13) Is omnipotent: All-powerful (Mk. 10:27) Is omnipresent: Everywhere (Psm. 139:7- 10)

Man Has limited knowledge. Jas. 4:14 Limited life span. Jas. 4:14 Therefore, it was necessary that God give a revelation to man so that we might understand how to worship and serve Him. I Cor. 2:7-13
