If I want to be healthy I must eat healthy foods like orange, banana, apple, fish, eggs, milk, carrot, cheese, pumpkin and pasta. I have to exercise I have to be sun safe I have to wash my hands I have to drink lots of water
Snacks: Cheese Strawberries Apple Fruit salad Drink water milk Main Chicken Sandwich
You should have a healthy dinner like home- made pizza. It has salad, prawns, olives and for a drink a glass of milk. For dessert I would have fruit salad.
Each day I need to do 20 minutes of exercise. to achieve this I will. Skip for 5 minutes a day. Do 5 star jumps a day. Do 10 minutes of running.
