History A complete morphologic (pathology) register exists since about 15 years giving incidence data Since 2007: Political will to establish a « National Health Plan » Lobbying by Luxembourg Oncologic Society SLO and CRP-Santé to establish a complete Cancer registry Jan 2007 Conference of Prof. Michael Coleman on the necessity of such a registry

What has been done July 2007 founding of a national steering committee officially charged by the minister of health to organize a registry. Law and Budget in preparation EUROCHIP has been very important in stimulating this process Good progress is being made, but there remains much to do…
