Teeth Diet and activity Brush twice a day Don’t keep sweets in the mouth Not to eat sweet before bed Night time brushing MUST If pain/ color change/bleeding –see a doctor

Skin Diet and activity Shower twice a day Evening better than morning No need to use strong soaps Avoid frequent bubble baths Fair skin –Use sun cream Any colour change/itching –See a doctor

Lungs Diet and activity NO SMOKING Avoid smoky environments Yoga No Nose picking Close mouth while coughing Cough/ breathing difficuly – see the doctor

Few tips If nose bleeds- Press it for at least 15 minutes If burns – pour clean cold water If Injury – do not apply Sol, ash, ink, coffee powder If faint – Lie them down & keep legs elevated If fits- Recovery position, remove from heights or sharp objects
