Taking the PDSA Process from the Classroom Level to the Building Level Show other staff members / stakeholders (who are not familiar with the process) what great things can happen when you work towards continuous improvement. Display what you are doing in the hallway, gym or lobby. Pick an issue that needs improvement to work on at the school level. Dont get Overwhelmed…. Start off slow so you dont get frustrated and want to give up before you have really begun.
