Beyond the Visiting Supervisor participants share ideas about what motivates individuals to perform well in work environments.

After the morning panel, small working groups discuss their reactions to presentations.

Working groups brainstorm about alternative supervisor models and approaches.

During the afternoon brainstorming session, participants consider key possible promising practices in supervision. Some of their suggestions will inform features of an improved supervision approach to be tested by the Capacity Project.
