2 Illinois Utilities Ameren Illinois Utilities are supportive of efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions Ameren Corporation recently published a comprehensive report on its actions and policy position on climate change. The report states the company's firm support of mandates that result in greenhouse gas emission reductions. Cool Cities Initiative

City-wide Usage Illinois Utilities Ameren Utilities lack ability to reconstruct billing data for Alternative methodology that cities can use to estimate city-wide usage information can be derived from several sources. –Average usage data –Census data –Customer information

4 Illinois Utilities Ameren Utilities will provide average 1990 usage per household and by small commercial customer. Census households multiplied by average usage will provide residential total City data used to estimate number of small businesses and applies usage value For schools, colleges and large business, city should seek estimate of usage directly from customer.
