6 Background  Established:  Initially was an acrylic project.  Joint Venture with Taiwan, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.  In 2007 it was converted into knit composite industry.

9 I.Knitting system  Fabrics are made from wool or cotton thread.  Using to long thin knitting needles.  Operator sets the yarn in the machine.

11 II. Dyeing system  For scoring  For color dyeing  Giving clothes as per as unit capability.  Using Jet Dyeing machine.

19 I.Marketing department  Receiving the order from buyer.  Using LC for exporting.  In local transaction by cash payment.

20 II. Accounting department  Receiving LC in cash through the bank.  Paying money to workers as gradation.  Dollar is converted in taka for paying to worker.

21 III. Store department  Storing all kinds of goods.  Receiving the yarn, fabrics.  Delivering finished goods.

22 IV. Commercial department  Preparing all invoices.  Making list to export.  All customs and VAT are paid.

23 V. Control Authority  Controlling all department.  Chairman is the head of department.  Main decision comes from chairman and GM.
