Political freedom and rights The right to an identity (the right to name and civil registration of births, the child's right to know who his parents, right to citizenship) Freedom of expression - the state shall encourage the mass media to deliver and disseminate information and material of social and cultural significance to the child inaccordance with the objectives of education and undertake to protect children from harmful information and materials

Freedom of thought, conscience and religion - depending on the attitude of the state towards religion shall be respected and the right of individuals to their religion, whether the child has the right to choose religion independently, conscientious objection Freedom of association and peaceful assembly - the children themselves have the power to claim their rights over the children's organization
