“The act or process of nourishing or being nourished.” (dictionary) “Nutrition is the science that studies the process by which living organisms acquire all the things that are necessary for them to live and grow.” (what is nutrition)Nutrition I can’t tell if any of your in-text citations are done correctly without your works cited, but it looks like there are some errors. Call me over so that we can go through and fix them.

“Never shop when you’re hungry. This way you won’t pick out unhealthy choices because they look good at the moment.” (how to make healthy food choices) “Get rid of the unhealthy foods in your home. If they aren’t around, you won’t be tempted to eat them.” (how to make healthy food choices) You need to consult a second source for this topic.

Dieting is not the answer to improving your nutrition because you are not improving your health you are endangering your health. You are endangering your health because when you are dieting your body is not getting the nutrition and the healthy foods that it should be getting. “Eating a healthy diet that includes all of the food groups, eating balanced meals throughout the day and NOT skipping meals, keeping yourself well-hydrated, getting plenty of sleep and consistent training should help you to improve your stamina. (nutrition and dieting) “Once you start to “diet,” there is a preoccupation with food instead of the idea of healthy eating. You need to be more aware of nutrition and proper food options.” “ Raha, Sumona”

“You can lose weight without hurting your body by eating all the foods that you should be eating. Such as all the vegetables that you should be eating and all the right amounts of food. “Make an appointment with your doctor. Tell him about your weight-loss goals and ask for advice on how to go about dropping pounds. He can help you determine a safe pace and ensure that you do not do anything that may harm your health. Let him know about any conditions or injuries you have, as well as any medications you are on.” (how can i lose weight without hurting myself). “nutritional food value of grapes can help you improve your health in a variety of different ways. Though you do have the option of eating grapes either cooked or raw, you probably want to stick with eating raw grapes as they taste better and contain all of the nutrients that you'll need to stay healthy. Raw grapes are also a quick and easy snack to substitute into your diet over less healthy options like cookies and candies”. (the nutrition food value)

There are all different kinds of nutritional needs for different age groups. “Children develop a natural preference for the foods they enjoy the most, so the challenge is to make healthy choices appealing. No matter how good your intentions, trying to convince your eight-year-old that an apple is as sweet a treat as a cookie is not a recipe for success.” “nutrition for children” “Adults: calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, and vitamins A (as carotenoids), C, and E, Children and adolescents: calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, and vitamin E, Specific population groups (see below): vitamin B12, iron, folic acid, and vitamins E and D”( chapter 2 adequate) Did all of this information come from just the one source? You need to consult at least two sources for each topic.

“With teenagers, it works best to teach them how to make better choices (even if they are not perfect choices) whether they are eating at home, school or in restaurants. Improving eating habits among teens is crucially important for two reasons (among others): building strong bones and preventing obesity.” (teen nutrition) “include nutritional foods rich in vitamins and fiber. Teens should be encouraged to eat fruits and vegetables daily.” “Gilani, Natasha”

“Healthful, balanced diets for teens consist of foods from the four main food groups. Daily nutrition should come from whole grains, lean meats and other proteins, fruits and vegetables and low-fat dairy products. A healthful diet that will ensure maintaining a good weight also is low in saturated and trans fats, salt, cholesterol and added sugar.” (balanced life for teenagers). “If you eat too much salt or sodium in your diet, then you may develop some health conditions.” (high sodium foods)

“Your body needs certain nutrients to feel well as you go through each day. The most important meal is breakfast, even though it's probably the most difficult for many teenagers. Breakfast is even more important if you aren't eating lunch on a regular basis, and are waiting until after school or until dinner to eat.” (healthy eating tips for teens) “People skip breakfast thinking they're cutting calories, but by mid-morning and lunch, that person is starved”. "Breakfast skippers replace calories during the day with mindless nibbling, bingeing at lunch and dinner.”( lose weight eat breakfast).
