Implementation of Business Diary: Business diary is a unique feature of this implementation. Each individual has a personalized business diary where each individual can monitor his own performance on various parameters. The business targets set at the top management level through BW-BPS are broken down to the area, branch and to the individual level. Achievements of these targets are parameterized at individual level daily activities. Business Diary is developed to monitor the achievement of targets at each individual level through all the preset parameters. This is done through a Java based web application in BW which is using actual data from R/3 and other parametric information from CRM combined with the Planning Data in BW BPS and displaying it in a personalized way on Enterprise Portal. 2. PLR (Performance Linked Reward) System: Each individual is entitled for special performance linked rewards apart from the regular remuneration received by him. This is directly liked to achievements of the targets and various other activity parameters the individual has to comply with to achieve the business targets. All such achievements are tracked and captured automatically and are depicted through points earned by each individual. This is a clear mirror of his performance. This is done through integration of R/3, BW and CRM in EP. ABAP Developments are done to integrate data from various areas in R/3 and convert them in performance points. 3.
