Recommendations for the ITUC To support national training programmes on trade union rights for trade union leaders, trainers and lawyers To call the government to initiate changes to the national legislation on joint recommendation from the ITUC affiliates To monitor the implementation of the ILO recommendations on complaints lodged by ITUC affiliates To strengthen international solidarity campaigns

Recommendations for the ITUC To call the government to initiate changes to the national legislation on joint recommendation from the ITUC affiliates To organise in Belarus an ITUC event on trade union rights and youth To recommend ITUC affiliates to send out the annual reports on trade union rights violation to the member organisations for agreeing before sending it to the ITUC To promote the organisations of tripartite seminars on trade union rights

Recommendations for the ITUC To use up-to-date technologies: dedicated website, internet forum, twitter, livejournal etc. To develop the ideology of trade union rights To develop the recommendations how to use the ITUC annual survey of trade union rights violations on the national level To recommend ITUC affiliates to regularly include the issue of trade union rights violations in the agenda of decision-making bodies To publish the section of the Survey on Europe translated into Russian
