12 S UPPORT MODELS 1. Create and use earmarked and autonomous funding for CSO’s (in-country). 2. Use the CSO international member based network channels as complementary to in- country models. 3. Use structured dialogue to assess shared understanding of needs and of effective responses. Shared commitment. Engage on the long term with identified actors. 4. 13 S UPPORT MODELS 1. Use more appropriate PME methods (Outcome Mapping, …) 2. Use policy-driven process- and impact assessment 3. Align on CSO priorities 4.
