Patient benefits - improved outcomes, better patient experience, improved compliance, improved safety Organisational benefits - improved quality, greater efficiency, increased productivity, cost improvements Financial benefits - CQUINs, PbR, research income, new services, commercial activity

Why support innovation? New ideas occur independently of any system of management BUT cannot identify, appraise, support development, support adoption or share those good ideas without a support framework We deliver both hands-on support and management/governance capability
