THE IMPORTANCE OF COLLEGE TO ME The first reason to as why college is important to me because I want to earn good money for thw job that I do. If you only have a high school diploma you only get $1,200,000 in 40 yrs., but if you receive a bachelor’s degree you can earn $900,000 more than that in 40yrs. College is important to anyone wanting to get a better job, but if I do not get a college degree then I can’t be in the career field I want to be in.
