Mini-lesson: To convert a fraction to a percent: First convert the fraction to a decimal, then convert the decimal to a percent FRACTION DECIMAL PERCENT

Example: Convert the fraction 9/20 to a percent 1.Change 9/20 to a decimal, by dividing 20 into 9 2. Change the decimal to a percent, by moving the decimal point two places to the right.
