For The New Ones What Is Havan? A Clearing technique to clear away negativities through the use of the Fire Element.

For The New Ones cont’d…….. How is it performed? Havan has 2 parts -First ……. To invoke Divine powers -Second ……. To request destruction of negativities

For The New Ones cont’d…….. Attention on the Sahasrara. Hand Movements? Left hand on the lap. - Right hand moves on the left channel – palm open, from Left Mooladhar -Up the Left Channel (crossing over to the right at the Agnya) -Onto the top of the head. -Make 3 circles – in a clockwise direction around the Sahasrara. Then Offer to the Fire (as a mark of request, we offer it to the Fire and not throw into the fire).
