Visit Report 23 rd -25 th October 2013 District – Jaipur - I

At a Glance…… Block – 7 Community Health Centres - 12 Primary Health Centres - 60 Sub-Centres – 354 Visited Places- CHC – Govindgarh, Chomu & Amer PHCs – Kaladera, Jahota Sub-Centres – Harmara, Rampura Dhabri

Branding of Delivery Points The L3 delivery points were branded with color coding of Pink.(Govindgarh, Chomu) The L2 delivery points were branded with color coding of Orange. (Amer, Kaladera) The L1 delivery points was branded as Green color code. (Harmara)

JSY & JSSK Payments were made on time of all beneficiaries of JSY & Shubh laxmi Yojna. The beneficiaries were transported to home by 104 in Kaladera, Donated Ambulance in Chomu & 108 Ambulance in Govindgarh. All beneficiaries were provided hot food made available through SHGs. All Equipments were available in labor Room along with running water except partograph which was only available in Kaladera.

WIFS Status in Schools The program was monitored in 19 Schools of Amer block. Except one school in Rampura dhabri, the program is operational and Blue IFA tablets are being provided to all students on every Monday. No side effects are reported. Some of Schools are: Rajkiya Adarsh Higher secondary School –Kali Ki Dhani. Bhuralwali Govt. upper primary school. Rajkiya Kaushalya devi Madhyamik Vidyalaya Rajikya Senior Higher Secondary School, Harmara. Government Girls Senior Secondary School-Chomu. Government Sr. Secondary School – Amer

Status in Anganwari Centres The program was monitored in 10 AWCs of Kaladera, Amer, Govindgarh, Chomu, Sirsi. Blue IFA tablets were being provided to all Adolescent girls (10-19 ) years on every Thursday. Except one girl in Amer block, no side effects are reported. Some of AWCs are: Taliyon li Ki Dhani Kaladera. Duton ki Dhani - Kaladra. Harijan Mohalla- Govingarh Bawariyon ki Dhani - Govindgarh. Indira Colony - Govindgarh. Kaladra A & E - Kaladra

Overall ASHAs Reporting Status All ASHAs were aware to the programs running under NRHM. The regular home visits were conducted by ASHAs to check the health status of Children up to 42 days to the birth. Monthly meetings were convened regularly. The spacing methods were being distributed. The participation was being done in Sector Meetings. The VHSC meetings are being organized with Sarpanch/Ward Panch. Drug kit was available with all ASHAs in Govindgarh.

Points to be clarified The provision is not made of Payment to motivate for sterilization after one child birth. The Payment of VHSC meetings are pending since one year. Payment of Adolescent girls counseling are not made since Two years. Exemption of birth certificate should be made if delivery is conducted in private hospital. Meeting minutes of the ASHA meeting held at SIHFW needs to be released.

Cleanliness The covered deep burial pits were made. The sharp pit was available in Jahota PHC. All CHCs were connected to CTF but the contractor comes once in a month to collect waste. The wards were cleaned above average at most of places.

Status of Funds Allotment Untied Funds- (Received & Utilized) Govindgarh,Chomu,Kaladera, Jahota & Rampura. AMG – (Received & Utilized) Govindgarh,Chomu,Kaladera, Jahota & Rampura. Corpus Grants-(received & Utilized) Govindgarh,Chomu,Kaladera, Jahota & Rampura. Untied Fund, AMG & Corpus grants were not transferred to AMER CHC. Rs. 30,000/- are pending in Jahota PHC of previous financial year
