32 Guidelines for Publishers during an Adoption Year: Publishers who submit bids will be made public Details of bids will not be made public until Multiple List approved by SBOE Items on a companies bid may not be given away during the period of time between the call for materials and approval of Multiple List Publishers may not include technology equipment on their bids A blackout period is established during which time publishers cannot contact counties about resources on their bids during the call for materials and review process.
