Stand Alone application and Direct Data Aimed at customers who file higher volumes of applications; Stand Alone software (“PaTrAS”) is provided free by UKPO to interested clients; PaTrAS can be used as a stand alone application or with client-server set-up; PaTrAS used by a small number of customers and has been used since 2001; Direct Data customers will produce applications from their own DBMS; Both options use to deliver the applications.

For Innovation E-filed applications Currently 31% of UKPO TM applications are filed electronically (approx 9000 applications per annum); The on-line application form provides 27%; The Office is currently working toward a credit card payment facility so that customers can pay for their applications on-line.
