INVESTIGATION AND SUCCESS The industrial innovating enterprises in Uruguay represents only 36% of all and concentrated: 80% of the sales added value, 82% of exports, carried out 78% of total gross investment. Chambers of Commerce, in different regions worldwide have started to put into practice different kind of services to support companies to take advantage of the lP system. Specialized services (technical assistant). Activities of diffusion (guides, magazines, Web sites, seminaries, etc). Grants to obtain the first IP right or to have technical assistants.
