Creating an effective partnership with TDL Member institutions need to have… Staff to serve as primary contact(s) with TDL Staff to manage a repository (ingest content, add metadata, etc.) Staff to set and implement policies for preservation Ability to work with TDL to integrate authentication for some services (e.g. DSpace and Vireo) Commitment to make contributions through TDL committees and groups
