1.Bilareral relations. Who are neighbors of RK?

Goals of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy  1) Measures that will ensure national security, defense capacity, sovereignty and territorial unity of the country; 2) strengthening peace through regional and global security; 3) sustainable international position and positive global image of Kazakhstan; 4) establishment of fair and democratic world order under the guiding and coordinating role of the United Nations Organization (UN); 5) creation of favorable external conditions for successful implementation of the Strategy 2050; reinforcing rule of law and democratic institutions; protection of human rights and freedoms; 6) protection of the rights of personal, family and business interests of citizens and legal entities of the RK

As for bilateral relations, Kazakhstan wishes to cooperate with Russian Federation, China and Central Asia countries. The main strategic partner of Kazakhstan is Russia.

 The national interests of these two states are similar of the same on the many essential issues. Both countries are equally interested in maintaining a single economic, defense, humanitarian and information space. China  The Republic of Kazakhstan will deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership with China within the framework of high level political dialogue to develop energy, investment, technology, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, and promote interaction in transit and agricultural sectors, as well as on ecological and environmental issues, including the common use of trans-boundary water resources.

USA  Since 1991, the U.S.-Kazakhstan bilateral relationship has been constructive and comprehensive. The United States was the first country to recognize Kazakhstan’s independence in December 1991 and was a critical player in assisting Kazakhstan get rid of its strategic nuclear weapons stockpile and dismantle its nuclear weapons infrastructure between 1991 and 1996.

 At the “2012 Seoul Nuclear Security Summit” in March 2012, President Obama and Nazarbayev reaffirmed bilateral cooperation in the areas of nuclear nonproliferation. President Obama went on to say, "The close relationship between our two countries extends beyond just the nuclear security issue,… we have built over the last several years with respect to Afghanistan and the help we've received in supplying our troops and helping to assist the Afghan government."

2.Multi relations. Kazakhstan declared non-nuclear status and acceded to the Treaty on the Non- Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. As a result, the nuclear weapons which had been stored in Kz were dismantled and Semipalatinsk nuclear test area was liquidated. The country emphasizes the importance of work under the auspices of international financial institutions such as

Continue The World Bank, IMF, the Islamic Development Bank and the Asian Development Bank. It’s most essential for Kazakhstan to co-operate with OSCE, the EU authorities and NATO. The development of global and regional integration processes is one the major lines of the Kazakh foreign policy; primarily under the CIS,EurAEC, Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Central Asian Union.

3.State program of Health-care development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatty Kazakhstan" for years

 One of priority tasks of the program "Salamatty Kazakhstan" is essential shift on improvement of personal and public health of Kazakhstan’s people. In the program the special attention is given to inter-sectoral interaction on health protection as first of all required accurate coordination of efforts of all sectors of society, including state departments, business structures, and also public organizations (NGO) at various levels.

Main priority - Health protection of mother and child

 At present in frameworks of "Salamatty Kazakhstan" is considerably improved material and technical base of organizations of obstetric aid and childhood, constructed new maternity homes, perinatal centers and children's hospitals equipped with the most modern medical equipment, introduced high technologies.  Besides, pregnant women, children till 5 years necessary medical products are allocated with by state free of charge.  For radical improvement of situation created republican and regional staffs on acceptance of urgent measures for depression of maternal and infantile mortality.
