Brundall Primary School By working together, we promote a positive atmosphere where our children can succeed. Dussindale Primary School Dussindale School will strive to produce happy, healthy, confident and successful learners who will take an active role in their communities. Hemblington County Primary School Our shared vision is to create a happy, caring and stimulating environment for children where they can recognise and achieve their fullest potential. Hillside Avenue Primary School We believe that children learn best when they feel confident and valued as individuals and when there is good co-operation between the school and the home. Little Plumstead VA Primary School Children are encouraged to develop spiritually, morally and culturally through the Christian ethos of this school which we believe to be of central importance in our dealings with each other. St Williams Primary School At St Williams, we want all children to become: Successful learners who enjoy school and achieve success Confident individuals who are able to lead safe, healthy and fulfilling lives Responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to their community. Thorpe St Andrew School To achieve Success for All, we believe: Every individual is important We come to school to work and learn We will always try to do our best We will work to promote our community.

AS PARENTS WE WILL: Support our children by: Providing a caring environment that actively supports the school. Supporting the school’s Positive Discipline System, celebrating success and, if necessary, supporting any sanctions. Encouraging work to be undertaken at home, including reviewing the day’s learning. Ensuring the best attendance possible with punctual arrival. Reporting the first day absence by telephoning the school. Following the Joint Statement on Attendance regarding holiday requests. Ensuring our children leave home in the correct uniform and have the correct equipment. Supporting the school’s Travel Plan, avoid cars stopping outside the school at the start and end of the day. Being aware of our children’s activities and school functions, including those involving the School Association. Communicating with the school by checking and signing the student planner each week. Agreeing to the ICT protocols for security. Giving permission for the school to store data on my child and to use pictures and video footage as appropriate for a school. Attending Parent Consultation Evenings and reading all newsletters.

AS A PUPIL/STUDENT I WILL: Be polite, courteous and respect the views of others. Wear the correct uniform at all times and ensure I bring the correct equipment to school every day. Respect the property of others. Respect the school buildings and site, including keeping it free from litter. Come to school every day ready to work and learn. Arrive punctually to every lesson. Agree to follow the ICT protocols for security. Pass on all letters sent between home and school. Share any concerns or worries with school and home. Always try to do my best, both in class and outside of normal lessons. Follow the school rules, understand why they exist and not stop others learning. Not bully or physically hurt any other individual and do my best to stop others behaving in this way.

AS STAFF AT THE SCHOOL WE WILL: Treat all pupils/students with respect. Set high expectations of each pupil/student, monitor and report progress. Keep parents informed with regard to general issues in school and specific issues relating to your child. Provide exciting and challenging lessons appropriate to the needs and interests of each individual. Respond promptly to issues raised and deal with matters appropriately. Give encouragement, celebrate success and provide constructive support on how to improve. Not accept bullying or physical violence and deal with any pupil/student who stops others working. Listen to and respect the views of pupils/students and parents. Strive to maintain a school where we all feel safe and happy.
