 First three months of pregnancy  Beginning development of heart, lungs, brain, and kidneys  Hear heart beat  Make prenatal appointments  At the end of the first trimester, the baby weighs about 14 grams and is approximately 3.54 inches

 Bone structure begins  The gender of the baby is visible  Vernix caseosa is developed  Finger prints are also developed  The fetus becomes more active Fetus Development Mother’s body  Larger breasts  Growing belly  Stretch marks  Shortness of Breath  Bladder and kindney infections
