Take 5 and Look Take 5 is a new programme from Laing Utilities. Every day, take 5 minutes to review your work area and complete a feedback card. A total of £5000 will be awarded to the best entry for hazard spotted, near misses recorded or improvements suggested. Teams or individuals can submit cards Note: Completion of a feedback card is not replacing any other reporting systems. ALL accidents and unsafe areas must be reported to your line manager Use your Take 5 card every day and give feedback as often as you like.
