Achievements Culture change within the Commission: Stakeholder consultations and impact assessments: integral part of the policy process Administrative burdens in track to be reduced more than targeted (- 31% proposed by the Commission; -22% adopted by EP and Council; MS start to implement and share good practices) Confirmed by the Court of Auditors: the Commission’s impact assessment system is of real value to decision-makers and effective in raising the quality of proposals
