As for the dissemination activities, the process will assess the following indicators of the SkillsUp activity within the context of the Lifelong Learning Programme: Presence of a detailed dissemination plan; Typology and richness of dissemination activities; Degree of involvement of: authorities, institutions, social partners, companies, vocational schools, etc. in dissemination activity; Number of events and seminars realized; Number of participants to events; Level of satisfaction amongst event participants; Number of articles on the press (paper and on-line) 2

All partners’ obligations Each partner is obliged to disseminate the information about the project and its results in their respective environment using every occasion and every information channels (incl. homepages and other Internet platforms). Partners are obliged to present all information about dissemination activities planned/done to TNOiK (responsible for the dissemination activities) without any delay. Till the end of May 2012 TNOiK will publish the template to write down all done dissemination activities as well as questionnaire template to be spread out during dissemination seminars and the conference. The information exchange will be done mainly via project’s Internet platform. It is partners’ responsibility to check periodically the platform, whether any respective news have been published. 5

New proposition To produce the promotion leaflets for dissemination seminars and for the final conference. It would improve the quality of dissemination activities. Is it possible to move about 3000€ from subcontracting for translation to other costs for production of leaflets? 6

Local seminar in Gdansk Date: Last week of September Place: TNOiK Gdansk Premises or Państwowe Szkoły Budownictwa in Gdansk (Public Building and Construction Vocational School) About 30 participants: headmasters and teachers from vocational schools, representatives of Gdansk Construction Cluster, members of Pomeranian Employers Association „Lewiatan”, non-formal education centers, local authorities, VET experts, TNOiK’s members (scientists and entrepreneurs). 7
