North Metro Rail Line 18.5 Miles Electrified Commuter Rail 8 Stations Parking spaces 4,020 – opening year 8,500 – 2035 Single track with multiple passing tracks Serves Denver, Commerce City, Thornton, Northglenn, Adams County

Complete all work in a safe manner to protect the construction workers and the public. Complete all or a portion of North Metro Rail Line beyond the previously announced terminus at 72nd Ave. Integrate within the Commuter Rail Network currently underway on Eagle Project. Comply fully with the Record of Decision. Goals for North Metro

Meet Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals established by the RTD Civil Rights Dept. and demonstrate commitment to utilize Small Business Enterprises and WIN Program Offer added-value solutions to deliver the FasTracks program. Goals for North Metro

Design/build with three phases: –Union Station to 72 nd Ave –72 nd Ave to End of Line (Hwy 7) –SE, SW & Central Extensions Willing to include related stakeholder projects (non-federal) to lock in price.
