Presentation transcript:

Increase in Pride & Engagement Positive correlation between the usage of the gateway and agreement with the statement (232% more likely to agree) ‘I am proud to work at Birmingham City Council’ Impact and Evaluation – the survey said… In early 2012 we surveyed our employees - 64% of the 329 respondents rated the scheme very good or excellent. Really good choices, something for everyone - Byron I love using the app when I’m out shopping, it drives my kids mad - Sandra I like using discounts together, I saved 35% in House of Fraser with some planning. Pete It’s good to have access to discounts as we haven’t had a cost of living payrise for 4 years – Howard I know it’s shallow, but I do feel more valued because of 5% off my food shopping! (I spend it on wine) - Mary I feel good that we support local businesses as well as the nationals. That’s important. - Alice

Health & Well Being High profile – on HR’s and organisation’s agenda Physical and mental well being Celebrating our current EVP Preventative measures on absence (£35m last year) Colleague Community - Self generated clubs and groups Staff volunteering / CSR Using physical space to drive change
