WP2 Market analysis and territorial studies Agency for Energy Efficiency and Renewable meets the purpose of Practise project which municipality is involved in. AE 3 R Ploiesti- Prahova and Ploiesti municipality worked in close cooperation with a wide range of actors - which can play a central role in the distribution of information and in the areas of planning and development. Purpose: to make habits and attitudes evolve in housing, travel, lifestyle and consumer fields. The main focus was on energy savings, in particular end-use energy efficiency at home. Influencing consumers is also a good way of influencing energy producers. The involvement of students should be a priority responsibility of the agency, if it wants to act in a long term process. Consultancy includes information for SMEs and industries.

WP2 Through the two projects regarding the energy field the municipality spreads management practices, provides information guidance, and offers a range of services based on specific local needs. Local energy agencies support the transition to more sustainable energy systems based on the analysis and territorial studies made by Practise project.

WP3 Consultation Web Energy Desk is addressed to all users, in order to become well informed on the topic of the implementation and the stages of the Sustainable energy Plan. The web site of the Agency becomes a promoter of the upcoming events and news of sustainable energy, issues articles and press releases, news-tellers on the topic of sustainable energy solutions, provides at the same time important guidance to all the actors interested in launching local projects on RUE and RES. citizens to information, services and facilities in energy sector. The web site of the RASP Provides information for: heating consumers, public lighting Monitorize the customer satisfaction

WP4 Implementation The study regarding the energy planning for Ploiesti municipality : * set up long term strategies and undertakes actions for the implementation of corrective measures specific to the local energetic system * pointed out of the difficulties and barriers met by the actors involved in projects of launching sustainable energy in a concrete way Taking into consideration the performance of existing buildings: there were set out detailed methodologies of energetic evaluation based on building description from energetic efficiency point of view, and through thermal expertise and energetic certificate.

Rehabilitation works on the monitorized buildings 10 public buildings are continue monitored from the energetic point of view, in order to register in time the reduction obtained, process which lead to dissemination of the results in other public buildings.
