What is ADHD exactly? Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a behavioral disorder and can be characterized by a poor attention span, have a hard time focusing on tasks, and are very hyperactive. Some symptoms are… Day dreaming, having difficulty focusing on one thing, not listening when spoken to, fidgeting or squirming in their seats, can’t follow instructions well, easily distracted, talking non-stop, and hyperactivity.
