A database: is a collection of related files, tables, relations, and so on, that stores data and the associations among them. 41

Methods and Techniques in Planning and Decision Making Programmed decision is a routine decision and regulated repeatedly, and decision rules are known Un-programmed decision is unstructured decision and nature of problem and decision rules are complex and less known.
