5.1 - Detailed Specification of the local Pilots Local implementation / operating models (March 2011) –Preparation of a template for distribution to partners that will develop local pilots for the collection of data and information in order to define their operating model (25p each) Contents: Detailed description of the demonstration site (technical specifications) Implementation timeline (status quo and next operative steps) Decisional procedure (legal aspects, security provisions) Encountered obstacles and problems Expected results in terms of environmental, economic and social benefits

5.1 - Detailed Specification of the local Pilots Prepare Procurement / Leasing document (April 2011) –Definition of the EV type (in terms of performance, battery, safety, comfort…) –Definition of the formula for the acquisition of the ZEVs: leasing contract or procurement –Definition of contractual provisions that guarantee the full functionality and usage of the vehicle for the duration of the project: support and maintenance, courtesy vehicle, option to buy the leased vehicle at the end of the contract

5.2 - Preparing the roll out –User/Staff Training Training Materials (June 2011) –Training materials for users: handbook for the correct use of the EV (warnings, how to behave in case of failure, recharging methods, streets and traffic rules) –Training materials for fleet/depot managers: organization of the fleet (active and reserve vehicles), vehicle maintenance and efficiency (periodic testing of electrical and mechanical components)
