Special Education Programs cont’d Communication Development Programs designed for students who have moderate language delays and require intensive instruction using grade level curriculum as a guide Social skills and community-based instruction are built into the program, as well as academics for every-day living

One of Our Summer School Programs Each week the children studied a particular city or country. Through community outings students gained multifaceted learning opportunities in both the academic and social domains. Through these community based activities students were provided the opportunity to apply their new skills.

Special Education Programs cont’d Intensive Needs Classes We offer specially designed programs for students with communication delays including Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorder. Students may require a specialized way of learning, such as Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), in a class with no more than 8 students. Behavior intervention and modifications are an important part of the program.
