2 Important LSU First Updates for 2012  LSU First Transition to a Calendar Year  Effective January 1, 2012, LSU First will be moving to a Calendar Year (January 1 - December 31).  All Health Reimbursement Accounts, Remaining Deductibles, and Out-of- Pocket Maximums, that were reduced by half for the July 1 – December 31, 2011 Plan Year, will be reset back to full amounts effective January 1,  Premiums  As of today, the Premium Rates have NOT been approved by OGB; however, we anticipate an increase in rates of approximately 5-7%.  LSU First rates will continue to be at or below OGB PPO rates.
