2 Outline : About Al-Neda’a pharmacy. Current system in Al-Neda’a pharmacy. Goal system for Al-Neda’a pharmacy. Some figures showing the new system.

3 About Al-Neda’a pharmacy Al-Neda’a pharmacy is like the most pharmacies in our country (Palestine) that is built to serve the customers by providing products (medicines) and items to them. It serves mostly the customers who lived around it. Also it helps student at Pharmacy college to do there training period.

4 Current system in Al-Neda’a pharmacy Al-Neda'a pharmacy used a traditional system and some kind of programs using computers such as (Microsoft word and Excel).

5 Current system in Al-Neda’a pharmacy (cont.) Some of operations in Al-Neda’a pharmacy: Recording the customer orders and invoices using Microsoft word and sometimes manual. Recording its order for the suppliers in Microsoft word file, even that the invoices between them are recorded in the same way. Generating reports for the status of its inventory using Excel program.

6 Current system in Al-Neda’a pharmacy (cont.) The problems with the current system: 1.This kind of system is not secure. 2.This kind of systems is time consuming. 3.For invoices (with customers or suppliers) if they were lost it will reduce a kind of unconfident between the pharmacy and their customers and suppliers.

7 Goal system for Al-Neda’a pharmacy Al-Nada Pharmacy asks in more than one place to build electronic system with a database to help them to store all related information for its job and important data for doing process. That’s allowed them to deal with their customers and suppliers in easy and safe way.
