Slide 3 EXPLORE is a great way to get a head start on the ACT test and to make sure you’re on track for high school. Students who take EXPLORE are more likely to score higher on the ACT test. The ACT is an important test that colleges and universities use to help them make admissions and scholarship decisions. What is EXPLORE?

Slide 4 EXPLORE shows your strengths and weaknesses in English, mathematics, reading, and science. EXPLORE helps you search for careers and learn which ones might be right for you. EXPLORE helps you choose high school courses that will prepare you for college and work. What else can EXPLORE tell you?

Slide 5 If you or your parents have questions about EXPLORE, be sure to ask your counselor. Here are two of the most common questions about EXPLORE. Common Questions about EXPLORE

Slide 8 Get plenty of sleep the night before the test. Follow directions exactly, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. EXPLORE is a timed test, so pace yourself!
