Climate (the weather) There is lots of rain in Tunisia. It rains more in the city than the desert.

Transportation They use bright yellow taxies to get around. They also use tourist boats to get to different places.

Location: Where is it? Tunis is located in the north-eastern part of Tunisia.

Education: Schooling The kids get out of school when they are 13.

Interesting Facts Families celebrate their faith by fasting and praying. Fasting means that people do not eat or drink until sunset. On March 20, they celebrate Independence Day in Tunisia. There are sports events, concerts, and many parties all over the country.
