Can social media really bring value into parliamentary work?

Because people are out there.

If Facebook were a country, it would be the world's 3 rd largest (after China and India)

Because people are talking. 34% of bloggers post opinions about products and brands. There are over 200 million blogs.

Because people are searching. is the second largest search engine in the world.

Because that's the way people communicate today. [ Not just young and educated people ]

The average age of the social networking site’s user is 37. The fastest growing group of social media users is adults ages % of internet users ages are now using social networking sites.
