6.  Different type of social media  Purpose is to connect professionals  Facebook for Work  If employers want to search information on employees they should check out references and their LinkedIn account  Facebook, Twitter, and/or MySpace are for socializing

8.  Invasion of privacy  No Freedom of Speech  No differentiation between PROFESSIONAL and PERSONAL lives  Does not always give a correct indication of what the employee is capable of  Individuals can differentiate between work and social life, but work wants to merge the two into one

9.  Current Employees  Get fired due to recent posts that the employer finds inappropriate  Get fired for speaking their opinions, while they are not on the job
