CERF+ CRAFT EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND AND ARTISTS’ EMERGENCY RESOURCES JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER FUNCTION: Ensures the efficient operation of the CERF+ office, provides a range of bookkeeping and administrative support to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Assists Director of Administration in performing multiple duties related to accounting functions of CERF+. Record and process accounts payable and cash disbursements as approved by management. Prepare, record, and process accounts and loans receivable and cash receipts. Perform monthly bank and investment account reconciliations. Prepare and process payroll taxes and reports, and end of year payroll processing, including W-2 forms.
